CBE has introduced its own digital foreign currency remittance application called EthioDirect and has also partnered with platforms such as CashGo and FastPay, with plans to continue expanding partnerships to provide convenient remittance services. These digital solutions allow customers to directly credit funds to the beneficiary’s account or CBE Birr wallet anywhere using international payment cards (MasterCard and VISA).
